mais ce ne sera que dans 3 mois que l’on fera cet appel de l’armée de Réserve. On se réservera un projet pour compléter plusieurs demi-brigades avec ledit appel. Il me paraît difficile d’espérer avoir en Bretagne tous les hommes qui seront demandés ; alors il faudra, à cette époque, augmenter cet appel de la réserve, et la porter à peu près au même nombre que cette armée.
