trouve que les voitures à 2 roues sont bien chères à
700 francs, et que les caissons d'ambulance à 1 000 francs
sont également très chers.
</p><p align="justify" style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm">Donnez
ordre à l'ordonnateur<sup>[^1]</sup>
de faire construire ces voitures et de veiller à ce qu'elles soient
bien confectionnées.
</p><p align="justify" style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm">Deux
compagnies existent déjà ; je désire qu'on me fasse connaître
les numéros qu'on leur donne. Une s'organise à Anvers. Reste donc
9 compagnies à organiser.</p><p align="justify" style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm">Sur
ces 9, mon intention est que des mesures soient prises pour qu'il y
