trouverez ci-joint copie d’une lettre que j’ai écrite au
ministre de la Guerre pour un changement à faire dans l’organisation
des divisions des deux corps d’observation du Rhin. Vous y verrez
que la 4<sup>e</sup> division du 2<sup>e</sup> corps
d’observation du Rhin ne pourra pas être formée de sitôt, tandis
que les trois premières doivent être disponibles dans les premiers
