[^1]: Chaque trimestre, quatre chambellans dits ordinaires sont désignés pour le service de l’Empereur et quatre autres pour le service de l’Impératrice. Les chambellans mentionnés dans cette lettre ont été constamment de service entre 1810 et 1813.
[^2]: Après une blessure à la Moskova, il est nommé chambellan de l’Empereur et grand maître de sa Garde-Robe.
[^3]: Thomas Songis de Pange, chambellan depuis 1809.
[^4]: Le marquis de Noailles, époux d’une nièce de Talleyrand, servait comme chambellan depuis 1809.
[^5]: Choiseul-Praslin, comte de l’Empire et président du collège électoral de Seine-et-Marne, fut nommé chambellan en 1809.
[^6]: Gendre du duc de Choiseul, il fut nommé chambellan en 1809 avant d’être fait comte de l’Empire.
[^7]: Préfet, chambellan depuis 1809.
[^8]: Il s’agit du comte Colmont de Vaulgrenand, nommé en 1809.
