6 du 8<sup>e</sup> corps seront répartis entre les régiments ;
ceux de la cavalerie seront répartis entre les divisions de
cavalerie.</p><p><br/>
</p><p>Comme
300 autres moulins sont partis de Paris, le 5 octobre, ils doivent
bientôt arriver, aussitôt qu'ils seront ici, vous me proposerez un
supplément de distribution de manière à en donner 2 par bataillon
et 2 par chaque régiment de cavalerie ; et à avoir toujours en
réserve au quartier général un grand atelier de 150 moulins
faisant 1500 quintaux de farine par jour.</p><p>J'ai
en outre demandé au ministre 500 autres moulins qui seront
distribués dans les places de dépôt de l'armée, qui ont des
garnisons et des hôpitaux telles que Vitebsk, Minsk, Vilna,
Smolensk, peut-être même serait’ il nécessaire d'en avoir pour
