Dumas, j’ai lu avec intérêt l’état du 2 juillet que j’ai
trouvé bien rédigé ; mais à la colonne intitulée 8, vous
portez total des hommes fournis à ces corps, êtes-vous sûr
que ces corps les ont définitivement reçus ?</p><p>Je vois qu’il

avait 1 300 hommes de trop au régiment de l’île de

depuis ordonné différentes dispositions qui en auront employé 2 à
3 000.</p><p>Remettez-moi cela
sous les yeux, car il est important de savoir quand les 6 000 hommes
seront fournis afin que j’envoie des cadres, et que les conscrits
ne restent pas sans destination.</p><p>Je voudrais aussi un
