chaque convoi, 100 fusils de rempart : ajoutez-y aussi une
provision de grenades.
</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm">Envoyez une compagnie
d'artillerie complète, ayant au moins 100 hommes avec les
3 officiers présents. Envoyez également un officier supérieur
d'artillerie ferme et vigoureux avec un garde-magasin. Faites partir
300 mille cartouches d'infanterie, des luts goudronnés, des
artifices et tout ce qui est nécessaire pour bien armer et
approvisionner cette place. Elle sera certainement assiégée ;
il faut donc qu’elle soit armée le 25 et en état de pouvoir
